Robot types

A robot for every motion.

We choose the robot type by payload, reach, speed and task, then design the complete cell around it.

Figures are typical market ranges. Final specifications are set after studying your application.

Applications

Where robots make the difference.

Repetitive, heavy and precise tasks are where robots belong, freeing your team for higher-value work.

01

Palletizing & depalletizing

Stack bags and cartons on pallets in fixed patterns, with no strain on workers.

02

Pick & place

Move products between conveyors and packs with repeatable speed and accuracy.

03

Machine tending

Load and unload CNC machines, presses and molds across every shift.

04

Welding

Arc and spot welding with consistent quality on every part.

05

Painting & coating

Even coats and less material waste in environments that are hard on people.

06

Assembly & screwing

Fit parts and drive screws at controlled torque, with every step logged.

07

Case packing

Load products into cases and trays in a consistent layout.

08

Inspection & quality

Camera and gauge inspection with automatic rejection of faulty parts.

Which robot fits your plant?

Answer three questions for an initial recommendation, then our engineers review it with you.

1 · What is the main task?
2 · Part weight including the gripper?
3 · What is the work environment?

Integration services

The robot is a part. The cell is the solution.

We handle everything around the robot: study, simulation, gripper, safety, programming and commissioning.

  1. 01

    Application study

We analyze the part, target rate and floor space, and confirm the case for automation.

  2. 02

    Simulation & cell design

We simulate the cell digitally to confirm cycle time and reach before building.

  3. 03

    End-of-arm tooling

We design vacuum, mechanical or magnetic grippers for your product.

  4. 04

    Safety & guarding

Risk assessment, fencing, light curtains and safety-rated circuits.

  5. 05

    Programming & integration

We connect the robot to machines, PLCs, conveyors and monitoring.

  6. 06

    Commissioning, training & support

On-site start-up, team training, maintenance and spare parts.

Safety & standards

Full speed. Full safety.

Every cell follows a documented risk assessment, with safeguards chosen for how people work around the robot.

  • Guard fencing with safety-interlocked doors
  • Light curtains and area scanners that slow or stop the robot
  • Emergency stops and safety-rated control circuits
  • Power and force limiting for collaborative robots
ISO 10218-1/2Safety requirements for industrial robots and robot systems
ISO/TS 15066Guidance for collaborative human–robot operation
ISO 13849-1Safety-related parts of control systems
ISO 12100Machinery risk assessment and risk reduction
FAQ

Before you start.

Do robots suit small factories?

Yes. You can start with one cell for a repetitive task, such as palletizing or machine tending, and expand later. Cobots suit limited spaces especially well.

How long does a robot cell take?

It depends on complexity: from several weeks for standard cells to a few months for fully custom ones. We set the schedule after the application study.

Will the robot work with my current machines?

In most cases, yes. We connect to your machines' control signals, or add control interfaces where needed.

Who programs and runs the robot after handover?

We hand over the cell programmed and ready, and train your operators and maintenance team on daily running and product changeovers.

How do we estimate the return on investment?

We compare the cell's cost with savings in labor, extra shifts, waste and injuries. Our economic consulting team can run this analysis with you.
